1. Purpose

PICKMI GT provides professional transportation services in Guatemala City and transfers to La Aurora International Airport.

2. Bookings

Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Full payment is required at confirmation to assign your driver.

3. Cancellations and guarantee

Cancellations 24h in advance receive a full refund. Between 12-24h, a 50% refund. Less than 12h, no refund. 100% refund if the driver does not show up.

4. Liability

We commit to strict punctuality, but we are not responsible for severe delays caused by external roadblocks, extreme weather or accidents.

5. User conduct

Illegal substances and hazardous cargo are not allowed. Drivers may refuse service if passenger conduct compromises safety.

6. Payments

All prices are strictly fixed and prepaid. No dynamic pricing or hidden fees. Standard tolls are included.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala.
